Virginia Diodes (VDI)社はゼロバイアスのショットキーダイオード検出器を提供します。これらは高い応答性と非常に高速な応答時間を提供します。導波管周波数の全帯域を提供しWR15（50-75 GHz）からWR0.65（1100〜1700 GHz）まで利用可能です。 ご要求に応じてより高い周波数のカスタム検出器を利用できます。
